The Managing Director puts in place procedures to facilitate management. These are updated on an ongoing basis. He supervises the accounting, sales and IT departments. He is responsible for implementing and ensuring the continuity of procedures relating to Law 25. He handles part of the housekeeping agreements and part of the sales of Produits Sanitaires Lépine.

Patrice has been the owner of Les Experts de l’entretien since 1997 and co-owner of Produits Sanitaires Lépine since 2022. He serves as the President of the Groupe 50e Scout Défi and Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Centre d'éducation aux adultes St-Hyacinthe-Acton.
